Pressurized Cartridge – Adjustable:

Spring preload, rebound, and compression (without springs and oil)

The kit includes the cartridge. Springs, oil, and installation tools must be purchased separately based on custom rigidity requirements.

The pressurized EBH cartridge integrates advanced systems, including the well-known FPS, EC, LC, and the newly developed Overpressure Control System (OPC). These innovations stem from extensive R&D efforts in collaboration with top teams from World SBK, BSB, IDM, and CIV.

All adjustments—spring preload, rebound, and compression—are conveniently located on the top cap. The two cartridges are distinct, ensuring a simple and intuitive setup. Thanks to its high damping coefficient at very low speeds, the system effectively controls excessive front-end dive from the very first moments of braking.

System Highlights:

LC (Light Components): Designed with a high percentage of special light alloys and weight-optimized details, ensuring maximum lightness.

FPS (Full Pressure System): This patented system provides instant damping response, preventing cavitation of the internal fluid. The gas-pressurized cartridges operate at low pressure, ensuring smooth performance.

The asymmetric design ensures that one cartridge manages compression while the other controls rebound. With alternate chambers positioned at both ends, the system generates high damping forces, even at very low speeds.
